Quête spirituelle au Tibet
(Documentaire en français)
Ani Rigsang chose a nomadic life in the Land of White Clouds. This Buddhist nun felt trapped in Lhasa, and it was on the roads of Tibet that she decided to travel, to reconnect with the spiritual traditions of her country, now threatened by rapid modernization and the strengthening of Chinese control over the region.
From snow-capped mountains to verdant valleys, from monastery to monastery, this documentary accompanies Ani on her journey through Tibet. A moving account that blends ancestral traditions and legends, and immerses us in breathtaking landscapes, revealing a contrasting Tibet, shaken by modernity and the upheavals of its sacred geography.

The fruit is the actualization of the inherent three kayas in this very lifetime and culminates in the attainment of the rainbow or light body at the end of life, whereby at death the material body leaves no mortal remains but dissolves into its nature, which is light.

Through this practice we gain real understanding, we no longer have any expectations about deities and so on, and everything vanishes. When we reach this stage there is a transformation, and the physical body is transformed into the pure light body, the mind with all its thoughts is transformed into wisdom, which is without concepts. In this condition the three kayas are perfected; the Dharmakaya is emptiness; the Sambhogakaya is light and the internal manifestation of energy; the Nirmanakaya is the external manifestation of the energy. The understanding of the light nature of reality brings about the ultimate fruit of to gel practice, the realization of transference into the light body in which the physical matter of the body is transubstantiated and dissolves into its essential state as pure energy in the form of light.
